  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Prepare wet mixture
    In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine both
    Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix gently (don’t overmix).
  4. Heat pan
    Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.
  5. Cook pancake
    Pour a small amount of batter.
    Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  6. Cook other side
    Cook until golden brown.
